3. Service Availability
Our services are currently available in the Indianapolis metropolitan area and surrounding communities. Service availability may vary based on location, demand, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse service in areas outside our service radius or where access or safety concerns exist.
4. Rental Agreement and Booking
4.1 Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Actual weight of debris
- Type of materials disposed
- Rental period extensions
- Additional services requested
- Changes to delivery location or access requirements
4.2 Booking and Confirmation
A rental agreement is formed when you book a dumpster and receive confirmation from Advanced Roll Offs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
4.3 Rental Period
The standard rental period is specified at the time of booking. Extensions may be available for an additional fee. You must notify us before the scheduled pickup date to request an extension.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Site Preparation
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate space for dumpster placement (approximately 60 feet in length for delivery truck access)
- Providing a level, stable surface for the dumpster
- Clearing the delivery and pickup path of obstacles, including overhead wires, trees, and vehicles
- Obtaining any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property
- Ensuring access to the delivery and pickup location during scheduled times
5.2 Prohibited Materials
The following materials are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, oil, pesticides, etc.)
- Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials
- Medical waste and biohazards
- Radioactive materials
- Tires, batteries, and automotive fluids
- Propane tanks and compressed gas cylinders
- Electronic waste (some materials may be accepted with prior approval)
- Appliances containing refrigerants (without proper disposal)
Additional fees or penalties will apply if prohibited materials are found in the dumpster. You may be charged for special disposal costs.
5.3 Weight Limits and Overfilling
Dumpsters must not exceed the weight limit specified for the size rented. Materials must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster. Overloaded dumpsters may not be picked up until excess material is removed, and additional fees may apply.
5.4 Dumpster Usage
You agree to:
- Use the dumpster only for its intended purpose
- Not move or relocate the dumpster once placed
- Not burn materials in the dumpster
- Not allow unauthorized persons to use the dumpster
- Comply with all local regulations regarding waste disposal
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your rental agreement.
6.2 Additional Charges
You may incur additional charges for:

- Prohibited materials disposal

6.3 Late Payment
Late payments may be subject to additional fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your rental before delivery by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7.2 Refunds
Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 Property Damage
While we take precautions to protect your property during delivery and pickup, including the use of protective boards under dumpsters, you acknowledge that heavy equipment may cause surface damage. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces unless caused by our gross negligence.
8.2 Customer Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Advanced Roll Offs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the dumpster
- Placement of prohibited materials in the dumpster
- Your failure to obtain necessary permits
- Injuries or damages occurring on your property
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced Roll Offs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, acts of God, labor disputes, equipment failures, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Advanced Roll Offs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
